Something like that

Tonight at AWANA we had another interesting discussion, again reminding me how much Bible knowledge these girls lack. We have arrived at Romans 3:23 (For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God). And, the question came up in the book, "What did Christ do about our sin problem?"

One girl's answer had an interesting summary of Scripture stories we have learned this year, "Jesus took all our sins into himself and then flooded the earth to get rid of all the bad people, everyone except for Joseph because he was good."

I guess we still have a bit of work to do. . .

Let us not become weary in doing good,
for at the proper time
we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
