I try also not just to include the little ones in bigger activities (which they always want to) but to do something with them that is their idea of fun. Yesterday we acted out the story of Jack and the Bean Stalk (I got to be the giant) and Anthony, Alex, and Christain thought it was hysterical. I like the idea of salt in a pie tin for letters.
